Zhou Bolin, born in Laizhou, Shandong Province in 1963, graduated from Laiyang Normal School in fine arts and Fujian Normal University with a bachelor's degree. He is engaged in fine arts education, cultural communication, exhibition planning and art appraisal. Under the tutelage of Shao Dongye, Han Qingsheng, Chen Yupu, and Wu Yueshi Zhu. Now he is a member of Chinese Calligraphers Association, general manager of Rongbaozhai (Hong Kong) Co.
